You’re the Caramel Apple of My Eye | Teabag Pouch

Hi everyone! Autumn is the time of colds, at least for me, that is why this video is up a little late. I love sending some get well presents to people and what is better for a sore throat than a cup of herbal tea? So todays tutorial is a Teabag pouch box that fit two bags of tea.

The challenge over at Lawn Fawnatics is currently Bling It Out! I love glitter and I love glitter cardstock, so how to bling it out was given. I decided that it wasn’t yet time for Christmas tutorials (but don’t worry, they start next week), so an autumn project it is. I’ve been wanting to use the Caramel Apple Mini Stampset for awhile and this little box was the perfect project for it.

I’ve combined it with the Flea Market pattern paper pack by Doodlebug Designs and there was also where I borrowed this real cool color combination. Who knew that turquoise and orange would go so good together!

To make the box you need a piece of cardstock that measures 8 1/2” x 4”
You want to score it at the short side at 1/2” and 3 1/2” and on the long side at 3 1/4”, 6 1/2” and  8” See below for a cutting scheme for the box. The mats are cut at 3 1/4″ x 2 3/4″ for the glitter card stock and 3 1/4″ x 2 1/2″ for the pattern paper.
