As December is the month for giving, I believe that January is the month for thanking. So here is a Clean and Simple (and quick) card for saying thanks. The stamps used are from Simon Says Stamp and the paper pad is called Dreamcatcher.

I’m trying something new this year, gonna have a set schedule for posting videos and try to have some themes, like clean and simple Mondays, Whimsy Wednesdays and Festive Fridays. Due to set schedules for DTs there will some months be more videos, like here in January where there will be videos on Thuesdays too. And of course there will be hauls posted in between. But to warn you these first two months migth be messy as I’m moving in mid february so I have loads to do.

But today it’s Clean & Simple Monday and I’m starting it off with a card made with the Simon Says Stamp January Card Kit. I really love these kits, they are colour coordinated and always have some new product I haven’t tried. This month kit is a valentine one but as usuall the stamp set has sentiments you can use all the year around.

Again late with my posting, and I’m sorry to say that this will be the last video for this series. I fell this weekend and tore something in the back so now everything hurts, but mostly my left arm is messing with me alot. So I will have to rest up and will not be able to record any more videos for a couple of days, and soon I’m leaving for christmas vacation. But I hoped you liked the series, this is the companion video for my colouring video, so here I make a card with the really sweet Emo Willow. I’m using the colour scheme for the Make It Colourful colour challenge, Red & Green and I’m also using the wonderful sketch from the Make It Crafty Facebook Group Sketch Challenge.

So I’m a little late with this post, my video editing software decided that I wasn’t supposed to export the video, first I thought it was my fault, but really it was just messing with me. When I saw this cuts in the silhouette store I knew what I was going to do with them, they looked so much like gingerbread cookies and that was what I was going to do with them. Now I don’t bake, me in the kitchen usually end up with some kind of disaster, so I had to do these from papers. Looking in my stash I found that the Tim Holtz Distress Collection Coré-dinations had the perfect card stock for this, I think it’s in the colour of Tea Dye. If you want to see how i did the rest just look at my video. The stamp I used for the card is Charlie the Elf by Little Blue Buttons Stamps, she’s just perfect for the tag. I have chosen my colours based on the pattern paper but they also fit in with the easy challenge over at Make It Colourful, red and green. Todays video is another colouring one, and I’m colouring the sweet Happy Meow Year by Little Blue Button Stamps. You can both get here in rubber or/and as a digi. I can just imagine all the kitty goodies she has in the present, maybe a toy rat or two. I had a real fun time colouring her up.
