Today I’m coming to you with another coloring video, this time it’s coloring this sweet Angel Singing Carols by Make it Crafty. I really loved coloring her in those soft colors and for a extra sparkly finish I covered her wings with Stickles. I really hope you like her and if you want to see me put together a card with this sweety come back tomorrow 🙂
I’m back with card tutorial video using the stamp from the video yesterday. The stamp is called Eris catching snowflakes and is by Little Blue Button Stamps. I’ve paired it with papers from Teresa Collins 6×6 Paper Pad Christmas Cottage, a sentiment stamp from Simon Says Stamp and some ribbon and bling from my stash. Hope you like the card and the video. If you want to win the card, be a subscriber over at youtube and comment on the video.
I’m having the honor to be a DT member through out December for Little Blue Button Stamps, and I’m doing both color videos and card videos. Today is my first color video, where I color the sweet Eris catching snowflakes. If you want to see the video on how I put the card together come back tomorrow.
So I got this crazy idea in my head, I would post a video everyday throughout december until the 25th with different christmas crafts, and so was the christmas craft series born. Today is the first december and I’m starting out posting a CAS card using the simon says stamp christmas cardkit for 2013. I hope you enjoy the video and the card, and if you want to win the card just post a comment on the video and be a subscriber over at youtube and I will draw a winner the 14th of december.
XOXO Mi Ps. this is also the 27th creation in the Shopping Blockade series
So been a little quiet here, life is kicking my butt but I’ll be back on track in no time. Well I have been crafting, not as much as I wanted but anyway. Last summer when we (my boyfriend and I) were visiting his parents they were dog sitting this lovely mini poodle, Nalle. I took a lot of pictures and I finally got round making an album. I made it from Graphic 45’s French Country Collection. Hope you like it!
When I tallied together my last shopping sprees I was stunned, I hadn’t realized that I had shopped that much! So well something had to be done, so I now have a shopping blockade. This shopping blockade comes with a set of rules and a counter.
I’m doing a 50 project challenge, I have to do 50 projects before shopping. A card counts as a project only if it comes with a video (as that takes enough time), a series of cards/tags can count as a project if they are four or more. All rest of things counts as project on their own.
I have 3 exceptions to the no buying rule:
1. The subscriptions I already have is allowed to carry on(Silhoutte Store, The World of Cross Stitching Magazine and Simon Says Stamp Monthly Card Kit).
2. If I run out of Adhesives, Cardboard or basic Cardstock(black, craft and white) I’m allowed to restock those items.
3. I have put away money to buy a 72 pen set of copics which is planned for October, if I haven’t finished the challenge by then I’m allowed to order that and that alone.
I hope that you will help me keep strong and not buy anything. If you want to follow my progress and look at the projects I do, every post I do for this challenge will be tagged “Shopping Blockade”.
Now when that is over with, lets start with the first project. This is a card, but I made a Color Me Happy video while creating it so it does count.
Materials:
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
Copics: B000, BG02, BG07, RV21, RV23, R43, YG00, Y04, Y08
Stamps: Hero Art, Everything Flower; Simon Says Stamp, Inside and out sayings,
Cardstock Neenah Solar White, Neenah Desert Storm
The inspiration for this weeks Make A Card video comes from The Greeting Farms Challenge blog. Their Garden Variety challenge this week is a sketch and I really enjoyed creating this card from it.
Another Sunday is here and I have another card and video for you, this time it is inspired by another Farm Fresh Friday Challenge over at The Greeting Farm blog, “make it bright and bold”. For me making things bright and bold is way out there in the not so comfortable zone, but I been playing with the Papermania Birdsong papers so I’ve used the bright orange together with some of the bold patterns. The Greeting farm stamp I colored with my copics comes from the “Miss Anya Dressy” collection. If you want to win this card just hop on over to my youtube channel and comment on the video and you will be in the drawing to win it.
This Sunday I found my inspiration for the card walk through at The Greeting Farm’s blog and their Farm Fresh Friday Challenge, which is Oh boy! Use the male characters from The Greeting Farm, so I’m using the digi Matey Ian. I also use the treasure map from Make It Crafty, hope you like my card, if you want to win it, hop on over to my youtube page and comment on the video and be a subscriber. (Tip to get to the video page press the little youtube icon on the video).
Today is Mother’s day here in Sweden, and coincidentally that was also the challenge this month for the A Cut Above The Rest facebook group. And as usually on Sundays I have a card construction video together width a giveaway. Hope you like the card.
